In April 2015, a multi-year collaboration between the photon microscopy platforms of the CPTP and the IPBS, both of which are an integral part of TRI-Genotoul, enabled the publication of a technical article in the journal MICROSCOPY RESEARCH AND TECHNIQUE.
High Accuracy 4D Cell Tracking Into Explanted Skin Using Two-Photon Excitation Microscopy – I. EL MOURDI, A. CANIVET, N.T. JONCKER, E. BELLARD AND S. ALLART
This article describes a combination of methods for measuring with the highest precision the speed of cells within explanted tissues or the whole animal using two-photon microscopy.
Beyond the purely technical aspect, it was the collaboration between different disciplinary fields, facilitated by network structuring such as that of TRI-Genotoul, that made the development of this new technique possible.
