Elemental analysis

For the detection, identification and quantification of trace elements

Electron microscopy, whether transmission or scanning systems, makes it possible to detect, localise, identify and quantify elements present even at low concentrations. Analyses can be carried out using various techniques: X-ray analysis, backscattered electrons, imaging and electron energy loss spectroscopy.
