In-depth (3D) or time-resolved, on live or fixed samples

TRI-Genotoul offers a set of resources and services dedicated to transforming complex imaging data into actionable information. Starting from raw data, often consisting of series of 2D images acquired from different angles or at different depths, the platforms implement reconstruction approaches to obtain three-dimensional or time-resolved representations. In addition, modelling tools make it possible to generate 2D and 3D representations of the reconstructed data. These visualisations facilitate quality control, dataset exploration and scientific interpretation.
