Following the invitation to tender HNY 2014, of the IBISA GIS (Coordination of Life Science Research Platforms), 3 projects from the TRI-Genotoul network were funded to the tune of €170k. Namely:
- IPBS : Installation of a new multi-photon microscope in a contained room (BSL3). This new instrument will enable the implementation of techniques of’optogenetic (voted method of the year according to « Nature Methods ») and of imaging CARS (technique sans marquage de fluorescence préalable). Ce projet est cofinancé dans le cadre de l’Equipex ANINFIMIP (projet menée par A. Pexioto & S. Mazères).
- CBI Implementation of a mosaic system to conduct optogenetic studies (project led by T. Mangeat).
- FRAIB Implementation of a system allowing the observation of plants in a vertical position. It allows for long-term kinetics analyses while avoiding the biological biases associated with this type of observation (project led by A. Le Ru ).
