Thanks to support from the Region (the «Octopus» project), the CPTP Cytometry and Cell Sorting facility has acquired a high-performance cytometer, the BD FACSymphony.
This cytometer makes it possible to analyse a high number of parameters (30 parameters) on a single cell. This high-capacity analyser is a powerful analytical tool that enables the precise identification and quantification of very distinct phenotypes within heterogeneous populations. This instrument will represent a major technological leap for the development of numerous research projects for the entire Toulouse scientific community.
