Principles of spectral analysis and its applications in biology
The spectral analyser uses spectral technology to optimise sensitivity and improve the detection of parasitic signals. Unlike the conventionally used optical detection by analysis of the maximum fluorescence emission peak, this innovative system enables the study of the complete spectral footprint of each fluorochrome.
