The I2MC Cytometry and Cell Sorting facility is organising an online seminar on Thursday 17 February at 14:00 to present its new instrument: the AURORA CS spectral cytometer dedicated to spectral flow cytometry.

- Introduction to spectral cytometry and the cell sorter, by Olivier Jaen, Cytek Biosciences.
- Introduction to our multi-colour panels (UV, V, B, R configuration)
- Combination of fluorochromes with close emission spectra (AF647/APC, BV421/PB, FITC/gfp…)
- Detection of small particles (Violet-SSC)
- Extraction of autofluorescence
- Multi-cellular (up to 6 channels and/or in plates)
