NSB3 presentation for in vivo functional exploration

Thanks to significant investments, the IPBS has established unique infrastructures for in vivo functional exploration in a laboratory at the biological safety level (NSB) 3. Among these structures, laboratories equipped for the culture of cells (eukaryotic and prokaryotic) and the accommodation and handling of animals infected with pathogens of level 3 are available. For functional exploration, equipment and expertise are available for cell analysis and sorting in cytometry, spin-disk confocal microscopy, and intravital multiphoton microscopy.

During this presentation, we will present the various equipment available to the Toulouse community, our expertise, and some examples of applications of these technologies.
