This workshop, organised by the CRCT and its partners, offers the opportunity to discover numerous technologies applicable to 3D samples: 3D sample preparation – spheroids/organoids/tissue clearing (CRCT), bioprinting (CELLINK), 3D sample capture (light sheet microscopy: Zeiss and Miltenyi), high-content imaging screening (Operetta CLS: PerkinElmer), 3D image analysis (Imactiv’3D) and virtual reality modelling (IRIT).
A preparatory day (presentation of the various pieces of equipment and speed dating to best prepare for the experiments) is scheduled for 15 April 2021. The days will then take place from 7 to 11 June.
Programme
15 April 2021: Preparatory phase
- Morning: General presentation of our partners and the technologies that will be made available during the workshops in June (Open to all)
- Afternoon: Speed dating to best prepare the experiments you want to carry out, analyse, and which you will «visualise» in June (this step is crucial for the success of your experiments
7-11 June 2021: Workshop
- Morning: Specific seminars by our partners (open to all)
- Afternoon: workshops (registration required) with your own samples or those made available by our partners
This workshop will alternate between presentations (mornings) and practical workshops (afternoons) to image the participants' own samples (or those provided) in 3D imaging and visualise them in virtual reality.
Registration for the seminars and workshops is compulsory. Participation in the workshops does not require the study of your own samples.
