CBI - Centre de Biologie Intégrative UT3 / Paul Sabatier, Toulouse Map
This meeting, organised as part of the Multidimensional Fluorescence Microscopy Technological Network (RTMFM), aims to share and pool individual expertise for tracking cellular objects in photonic imaging. Places are still available for this event, which will take place on 1 and 2 October at the CBI at Paul Sabatier University.

The prerequisites for participation are to possess expertise in «tracking» to share: tracking cells or subcellular objects over time in 2D or 3D, and to bring a laptop. The method and software are at the participants' convenience (however, a more powerful machine will be made available if increased resources are required).

Participants will work in groups or individually, and a feedback session on the techniques and results obtained will be held at the end of the day.

The methods and know-how thus shared can easily be disseminated within the respective laboratories of the members of this meeting.

  • The number of participants is limited to 10 and meals are provided by the RTMFM (lunch on 1 and 2 October and dinner on 1 October).
  • Enrolments by email via Sophie Allart
