The CBI imaging platform is organising a demonstration of Gataca's LEAF. This system is a versatile light-sheet (SPIM) that can be fitted to any stand. This SPIM is a versatile system that can be adapted to any microscope. It takes up the space of only two objectives on the turret. It will be equipped with 4 lasers (405, 488, 561, 640 nm) and will allow you to perform light-sheet imaging on samples ranging from a few hundred micrometres (~500 µm) up to 1 cm. Furthermore, it can accommodate all types of medium (water, aqueous, CLARITY, RapidClear, DISCO, BABB or equivalent).
