From 19 August for a duration of 2 weeks, the IRSD organoid platform is hosting the Cell 3 Imager NX microscope on demonstration. Thanks to its environmental control, this instrument makes it possible to monitor 3D cultures (organoids or other) over periods lasting up to several days, completely automatically.
The microscope, capable of image acquisition in transmission and fluorescence (DAPI, green, red and far-red), will be equipped with 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x and 40x objectives. Furthermore, it accepts all types of sample holders (plates, Petri dishes, etc.).
