Presentation of the NSB3 lab for in vivo functional exploration at IPBS

The IPBS has made a significant investment to create a unique infrastructure to allow the functional exploration in vivo in BSL3 conditions. This infrastructure includes laboratories for cell culture (eukaryote and prokaryote), animal experimentation and housing as well as the equipment to perform analysis and cell sorting by flow cytometry, spinning disk microscopy and intravital multiphoton microscopy. In this presentation, we will describe the instruments that are available to the research community, our expertise and some examples of possible applications.
