Cette technique permet un sectionnement optique rapide, tridimensionnel et en profondeur pour l&rsquo;observation du vivant.<\/p><p>Sur le m\u00eame principe, le MacroSPIM, bas\u00e9 sur une excitation \u00e0 feuille de lumi\u00e8re et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec le soutien de l\u2019IRB, permet de visualiser, apr\u00e8s transparisation, des tissus, organo\u00efdes et organes entiers par sectionnement optique rapide, \u00e9galement en 3D et en profondeur. Les champs d\u2019applications sont tr\u00e8s nombreux et touchent \u00e0 l\u2019animal comme au v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
