En effet, en de\u00e7\u00e0 de cette limite, les objets ne sont plus que des taches car la lumi\u00e8re renvoy\u00e9e par chaque point ne peut \u00eatre distingu\u00e9e de son voisin. Bien qu\u2019utilisant \u00e0 l\u2019instar des microscopes confocaux un faisceau de lumi\u00e8re, les \u00ab nanoscopes \u00bb ou \u00ab microscopes \u00e0 super-r\u00e9solution \u00bb illuminent de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire (stochastique) ou s\u00e9lective des fluorochromes. Seuls les centres des taches sont alors consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant l\u2019emplacement exact de l\u2019objet. Finalement l\u2019empilement des images permet de reconstruire une image de meilleure r\u00e9solution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-276c2e5
