Si la microscopie optique est l\u2019extension de l\u2019oeil du chercheur, l\u2019AFM est l\u2019extension de sa main. Les mod\u00e8les JPK NanoWizard II et Bruker Catalyst pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 Restore sont coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 des microscopes optiques invers\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9pi-fluorescence permettant de corr\u00e9ler ces diff\u00e9rentes sources d\u2019information sur des scans allants jusqu\u2019\u00e0120\u00b5m de cot\u00e9. Ces appareils con\u00e7us sp\u00e9cialement pour travailler en miPlateau liquide et \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e sont adapt\u00e9s aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des cellules et tissus vivants qu\u2019au sondage la mati\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mol\u00e9culaire et peut ainsi mettre en \u00e9vidence les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques (adh\u00e9sion, rigidit\u00e9, friction\u2026) et topographiques (hauteur, largeur, rugosit\u00e9\u2026) des compos\u00e9s \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
