A l\u2019image d\u2019un scanner m\u00e9dical, des prises de vues du m\u00eame objet sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sous diff\u00e9rents angles. L\u2019utilisation d\u2019un logiciel d\u2019imagerie permet ensuite de reconstruire le volume de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon et le visualiser en 3D. La pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons est identique \u00e0 celle pour l\u2019observation avec un M.E.T..<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
