Le contr\u00f4le de la pression dans la chambre du microscope et le module de cryo-pr\u00e9paration offrent de plus la possibilit\u00e9 de regarder des \u00e9chantillons secs, hydrat\u00e9s ou congel\u00e9s. Parmi les nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019offre cette ressource, la cryo-fracture permet d\u2019observer l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des \u00e9chantillons et l\u2019analyse X de qualifier et quantifier
