Outils extr\u00eamement polyvalents et donc indispensables, ils \u00e9quipent chaque plateau de microscopie photonique du r\u00e9seau TRI. Ils capturent uniquement le signal fluorescent issu du plan focal en se d\u00e9barrassant de la fluorescence parasite des plans sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs. L\u2019illumination laser point par point permet une grande flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acquisition, incluant notamment la possibilit\u00e9 de zoomer sur l\u2019image jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre la limite de r\u00e9solution optique (quelque dizaines de nanom\u00e8tres). Cette capacit\u00e9 de haute r\u00e9solution lui conf\u00e8re cependant une certaine lenteur, pouvant \u00eatre contrecarr\u00e9 par des syst\u00e8mes confocaux r\u00e9sonnants, des capteurs plus sensibles ou des syst\u00e8mes de type spinning disk. Ils se divisent en deux, les microscopes confocaux mono-photon et microscopes confocaux bi-photons. Ces derniers peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la mati\u00e8re plus en profondeur et atteindre une meilleure r\u00e9solution.<\/p><p>La fonction \u00ab spinning-disk \u00bb allie quant \u00e0 elle la rapidit\u00e9 du microscope champ large \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution d\u2019un confocal. Cette technique utilise des lasers pour illuminer les \u00e9chantillons et des cam\u00e9ras ultra-sensibles pour d\u00e9tecter le signal fluorescent. A la diff\u00e9rence du confocal \u00e0 balayage laser, le spinning disk illumine l\u2019ensemble de la zone d\u2019observation de mani\u00e8re simultan\u00e9e permettant de r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e d\u2019acquisition (environ 150ms en routine) et donc la photo-toxicit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c9e084 btn-sombre btn-com
