Ce syst\u00e8me hybride se situe entre le microscope confocal et le scanner de lame.<\/h5>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet instrument, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence des scanners classiques, emploie 4 lasers pour l&rsquo;excitation (375nm, 488nm, 561nm et 640nm), 4 photomultiplicateurs afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le signal et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 7 filtres de fluorescence par d\u00e9tecteur. Les acquisitions se font uniquement en fluorescence cependant le syst\u00e8me permet la d\u00e9tection simultan\u00e9e de 4 couleurs.
