Il permet l\u2019acquisition d\u2019une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chantillons vivant ou fix\u00e9s (organo\u00efdes, cellules, tissus, bact\u00e9rie\u2026) sur plaques ou lames de mani\u00e8re compl\u00e8tement automatis\u00e9e et rapide. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de 4 cam\u00e9ras, il est possible d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir 4 canaux de fluorescence simultan\u00e9ment (Dapi, vert, rouge et rouge lointain) ainsi que la transmission.<\/h5>\n<h5>Les applications de ce microscope sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9es (quantification, \u00e9tudes morphologiques, tracking, FISH, translocation, calcul de l\u2019index mitotique\u2026).\u00a0 Les modules pr\u00e9sents pour l\u2019analyse permettent d\u2019obtenir rapidement et facilement des donn\u00e9es d\u2019une grande robustesse.
