The Toulouse R\u00e9seau Imagerie (TRI) platform is holding this scientific half-day event once again to showcase advances in bio-imaging. The imaging of living organisms is undergoing considerable development as a result of the synergy of skills between biologists, mathematicians, computer scientists, physicists and chemists. New equipment and new methods are constantly being developed, enabling the three-dimensional observation of living organisms, in real time and in depth, from the molecule to the entire organism\u2026 Studies of protein interactions (Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2008), the localisation of molecules at nanoscopic resolution (Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2014), the determination of the atomic structure of macromolecules (Nobel Prize in Physics 2017)\u2026 The field of application for imaging covers all living things, both animals and plants, as well as all the processes that govern living organisms, from the early stages of an individual's development to senescence, in normal or pathological situations.<\/h5>\n
