This new equipment, open to the academic and private scientific community of Toulouse, combines the multiparametric analysis capabilities of conventional cytometry while eliminating the need for compensation and enabling in-depth phenotyping of cell populations within organs of interest.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, autofluorescence measurement makes it possible to obtain, thanks to its deconvolution algorithm and without additional labelling, a unique spectral signature for each cell type, characterising its metabolic, inflammatory or cell cycle properties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This unbiased multi-parameter approach, coupled with targeted analyses or other \u00abomic\u00bb approaches, will make it possible to complete the mapping at the cellular level.
