Des chercheurs et chercheuses du CNRS et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Toulouse III \u2013 Paul Sabatier, en collaboration avec l&rsquo;INRAeE sont parvenus \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer que cette conqu\u00eate de la terre ferme par les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un partenariat entre plantes et champignons : valider cette hypoth\u00e8se vieille de 40 ans permet de comprendre une \u00e9tape essentielle du d\u00e9veloppement de la vie sur Terre.
