Une solution, r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9e dans la revue Cell Reports Methods par un groupe impliquant le plateforme LITC de TRI-Genotoul, propose une solution via la microscopie \u00e0 illumination al\u00e9atoire.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette nouvelle technique pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages : l&rsquo;\u00e9clairement n&rsquo;est pas affect\u00e9 par les aberrations optiques induites par le microscope ou l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon lui m\u00eame. L&rsquo;impl\u00e9mentation de la m\u00e9thode sur les diff\u00e9rents instruments s&rsquo;en retrouve donc fortement simplifi\u00e9.
