\"\"Following the success of the first edition in 2018, the Toulouse Imaging Network platform is hosting another half-day scientific event dedicated to advances in in vivo imaging. In vivo imaging is experiencing considerable growth, driven by the synergy of expertise between biologists, mathematicians, computer scientists, physicists and chemists. New equipment and methods are constantly emerging, making it possible to observe living systems in three dimensions, in real time and in depth, from the molecule to the entire organism. Researchers can track the trafficking or interactions of proteins of interest (2008 Nobel Prize in Chemistry), locate molecules at nanoscopic resolution (2014 Nobel Prize in Chemistry), and determine the atomic structure of macromolecules (2017 Nobel Prize in Physics). The field of application for imaging is immense. It encompasses the entire animal and plant world, from microorganisms to humans, as well as all the processes that govern living systems, from the earliest stages of an individual's development through to senescence, under both normal and pathological conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n
