Ils sont compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;un assemblage de mol\u00e9cules dont de l<\/strong><strong>\u2019ARN polym\u00e9rase I, une enzyme sp\u00e9cifiquement en charge de la synth\u00e8se des composantes ARN<\/strong><strong>. Les chercheurs sont parvenus \u00e0 isoler une polym\u00e9rase mutante plus active que l\u2019enzyme normale. L\u2019existence de cette \u00ab\u00a0super-enzyme\u00a0\u00bb produisant plus d\u2019ARN \u00e9claire la biogen\u00e8se effectu\u00e9e dans les ribosomes et pourraient constituer une cible privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e de certains cancers.
