On sait aujourd&rsquo;hui que son r\u00f4le va bien au de-l\u00e0, conditionnant le modelage des tissus. Les cellules sur le point de mourir d\u00e9forment ainsi de fa\u00e7on transitoire le tissu qui les environne et contribuent \u00e0 sa morphologie finale. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Magali Suzanne (CBI &#8211; UT3\/CNRS) avec la contribution de la plateforme LITC explique ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne impliquant le noyau des cellules dans la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de force m\u00e9canique dans une \u00e9tude parue dans la revue Developmental Cell.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour comprendre le d\u00e9tail du m\u00e9canisme, il fallait observer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne en temps r\u00e9el, \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute cadence afin d&rsquo;observer tout d\u00e9placement. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/trigenotoul.com\/en\/resources\/imagerie-cellulaire-tissulaire-in-vivo\/spinning-disk\/\">spinning disk<\/a> r\u00e9pondait parfaitement \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique, en permettant de r\u00e9aliser une image toutes les secondes d&rsquo;une zone focalis\u00e9e sur le noyau des cellules. 2 hypoth\u00e8ses avait \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9e par les chercheurs : soit le noyau\u00a0est stabilis\u00e9 au p\u00f4le basal de la cellule afin de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la force g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la contraction du c\u00e2ble de myosine auquel il est attach\u00e9, soit il n\u2019est pas stabilis\u00e9 et son large volume suffit \u00e0 offrir la r\u00e9sistance n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la transmission de force.
