Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son rendement quantique, deux fois plus efficace que le PMT classique, ce microscope est capable d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des images \u00e0 partir de faibles intensit\u00e9s lumineuses. Fort de cette sensibilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;installation de l&rsquo;Airyscan permet d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des images en haute r\u00e9solution (140nm en lat\u00e9ral (xy) contre 200nm en confocal).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le d\u00e9tecteur Airyscan est particuli\u00e8rement utile quand l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, en raison de ses marquages faibles et\/ou labiles, ne peut pas \u00eatre imag\u00e9 en super r\u00e9solution (risque de photobleaching).
