Ce syst\u00e8me est un light-sheet (SPIM) versatile pouvant s\u2019adapter sur n\u2019importe quel statif. Ce SPIM est un syst\u00e8me versatile pouvant s\u2019adapter \u00e0 tous microscope. Il prend la place de seulement deux objectifs sur la tourelle. Il sera \u00e9quip\u00e9 de 4 lasers (405,488,561,640 nm) et vous permettra d\u2019imager par feuille de lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9chantillons variant de quelques centaines de microm\u00e8tre (~500\u00b5m) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 cm.
